Recognize webinars as a call

When in a webinar as a participant, it would be helpful to recognize it as a call - even with disabled mute/video/etc controls - to make upstream integrations (HomeAssistant, etc.) be aware that you're not available.
This will need to be done per call application, let's start with Zoom and Teams.
