Support for multiple users one single computer

Sometimes there are multiple users on the same computer, which MuteDeck doesn't support due to its network connectivity to Stream Deck and the other plugins.
Both make it possible to support this, and also alert when it's detecting multiple MuteDeck instances that are conflicting.
