I've been desperately waiting for this and just want to report that with Monday's R2/MS Dogfood release of Teams v2 for macOS (23335.203.2575.3774), the 3rd party API integration is finally available and this works like a charm with MuteDeck. Thank you so much Martijn for adding support for this!

Added support for Teams v2 on Windows, macOS coming in the future. Unless Microsoft adds the Third-Party API first.
